Via Microsoft teams we establish a connection to your screen and can take the first steps in viflow DMS together with you - directly and individually. This connection is absolutely secure and exists only between you and our consultant.

How it works:
With Microsoft Teams we show you directly the screen content of a ViCon employee.
You will receive an e-mail with a link for establishing the connection before the appointment. You can participate via the Microsoft Teams app or a browser (no installation required).
Communication via Microsoft Teams is not only versatile and convenient, but also secure. All you need besides your screen is a microphone and speakers or a headset with microphone. If you want to participate via video, a webcam is required.
