Introducing: Kristin Melcher is a marketing assistant at ViCon

The entire ViCon team is highly motivated and committed to viflow and the concerns of those interested in viflow on a daily basis. In our series " Introducing" we regularly tell you more about the people at ViCon.

Today we introduce you to our marketing assistant Kristin Melcher:

Before Kristin joined our team in October 2015, she worked in project management at an advertising agency.

"I joined ViCon as support in sales. There I looked after my own customer base in all sales-related matters – from the trial version to offer preparation. In addition to my tasks in sales, I supported order processing and took care of license management, accounting and customer support.

I then moved to Marketing in 2018. As a qualified marketing communications specialist, this was an obvious step.

Other areas of responsibility were added there, such as reference acquisition, newsletter creation and event management.

Since 2024, I have been focusing on my activities in marketing and am looking forward to new areas of responsibility in the future. In addition, I remain loyal to my support role in office management.

Thanks to my various areas of focus, I am very familiar with the processes and customer concerns from many areas at ViCon and can therefore "pick up" the customer comprehensively and answer questions on various topics. These changing requirements make my day-to-day work exciting and always new."
