Task management with viflow easy plan
In this online training (duration: 1.5 hours) you will learn how to create, edit and manage tasks in viflow easy plan. In doing so, we will introduce you to the different task types using practical examples, explain the task workflow and the options for managing your tasks in the program interface. You will also learn how viflow easy plan supports you in performing process-oriented activities in viflow or in the viflow WebModel.
Document management with viflow DMS
In this online training (duration: 1 hour) you will learn how to create, edit and manage documents in viflow DMS. In doing so, we will introduce you to the various functionalities using practical scenarios, explain the release workflow and the options for managing your users and groups. You will also learn how to realize a permanent referencing of documents with a viflow WebModel through viflow DMS.
