viflow and viflow easy plan at Murrplastik Systemtechnik GmbH

Murrplastik is a medium-sized, innovative family business in professional cable management with over 50 years of expertise. The company is one of the world's pioneers in the field of cables: "Lead. Protect. Mark." Now managed by the second generation, Murrplastik is expanding worldwide in many industries with application-specific and high-quality system solutions.
Since 2013, viflow has been in use there.
Jan Goldreich, Head of Quality Assurance, is currently working on linking the process map created with viflow to documents managed in viflow DMS. Audit management is implemented in the company with viflow easy plan.
"On the recommendation of MSO Solutions, we started modeling our processes with viflow in 2013. We were convinced by the possibility of visualizing business processes in an uncomplicated, transparent and DIN 9001-compliant manner. In addition, our managers and employees can easily access the process documentation via a web server.
In addition to viflow, we also use the add-ons viflow DMS and viflow easy plan. viflow DMS offers a simple and functional workflow for the release and management of our QM documents. With viflow easy plan, we can now also manage audits without changing systems. Specifically, we can create a complete audit plan in viflow easy plan. Findings can be output in audit reports, tasks can be derived from the findings and tracked centrally. And the reports on the tasks provide a detailed overview of the status."
