Thomas Schmid, Head of Integrated Management Systems and QMB

Thomas Schmid, Head of Integrated Management Systems and QMB, currently uses viflow for modeling the implemented processes of the integrated management systems (quality management, energy management, work safety and environmental management), as well as for creating the associated WebModel and providing the data via a web server.

"The viflow software was procured in 2013 as part of an IT project for electronic process modeling. The decisive factors for choosing viflow at that time were the ease of use, the functionality and the enormous advantages of the electronic process representation with linking of documents and fast, simple change options compared to our management system at that time with process descriptions based on Word and Excel.

I see the advantages of using viflow in the simple modeling of processes and the easy assignment of information and responsibilities/roles. The change history, the release workflow and the browser-independent display of the WebModel on the intranet are also advantageous. Thus, the management system can be accessed from any PC."

We are pleased when we can convince with our software and our service and wish Metabowerke GmbH continued success in their work with viflow.
