WEBER Schraubautomaten GmbH in Wolfratshausen is a manufacturer of hand-held and stationary screwdriving technology and is today one of the leading companies in automation technology. Founded in 1956, the medium-sized family business now employs 350 people in Wolfratshausen and 450 employees worldwide. More than 1,000 machines and systems leave WEBER's production facilities every year.
Since 2017, viflow has been in use there.
Georg Jurosch, Head of Quality Management, has systematically replaced the company's quality manual with a viflow process model. Internal restructuring requires continuous adaptation of the modeled processes.
