Today we introduce you to Hans-Dirk Siebers, Senior Consultant from our Consulting Services department:
Originally working as a controller, IT manager, finance and administration manager, he has been a management consultant since 1992. In hundreds of projects he gained experience in practical development and management of companies as well as optimization of business processes. Since 2009 Hans-Dirk Siebers is process expert at ViCon.
"I do not understand ViCon as a pure software supplier, but as a holistic system and know-how provider in business process management and in the context of the implementation of integrated or integrative management systems. Therefore ViCon attaches great importance to the area of Consulting Services, which supports our clientele individually with training and consulting services.
My task as a long-standing employee of ViCon is to advise and support our customers in the effective development and long-term use of suitable management systems with the use of viflow.
Here, goals such as securing know-how, process security and transparency, induction of new personnel, process optimization, error prevention and fulfillment of standard requirements such as ISO 9001 (quality management), IATF 16949 (automotive quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 27001 (information security) are the challenges. But also the adherence to other requirements such as compliance and data protection (DSGVO) are usually part of the projects.
Thus, our viflow trainings are not only focused on the pure handling of the software, but also always take into account the individual goals of our customers.
