The entire ViCon team is highly motivated and committed to viflow and the concerns of those interested in viflow on a daily basis. In our series "We introduce" we regularly tell you more about the people at ViCon.
Today we introduce Michael Meinhardt, Product Manager and Support Manager:
Before Michael Meinhardt became part of the ViCon team on January 1, 2012, he worked as a project manager in the field of DMS and enterprise resource planning. Today, the experience he gained in this job makes him the ideal person to work in product management and as the head of customer support.
"As a product manager, I take care of coordinating and monitoring the further development of all products in the "viflow cosmos". This concerns not only viflow itself but also the viflow add-ons, such as viflow easy plan, viflow DMS and viflow tracker. It is particularly important to me to incorporate customer needs and wishes into development in line with our product strategy.
In the end, the result should be a stable software that meets the requirements of our clientele.
In my role as support manager, I am responsible for the efficient coordination of the viflow support team and thus for ensuring that viflow users receive fast and competent help in case of technical questions as well as problems or errors. My goal is the continuous improvement of the service quality and service orientation.
In the company, I act as an interface between all departments and ensure that the various requirements of our clientele for our software products are met in the best possible way."
