- Annual subscription licenses are invoiced as a fee for the entire year.

Forms of license acquisition
Subscription
With a subscription, the number of licenses is available to the company for the duration of the subscription at the annual subscription rate stated on the invoice. The subscription has no fixed term and is automatically renewed for a further year until it is canceled. Cancellation can be made up to 5 working days before the start of the next billing period. Subscription licenses include all the services listed under Support services. They are also upgraded to each new version free of charge.
Purchase
A purchase license entitles you to use the software for an unlimited period of time.
These licenses always include free technical support. A support package in accordance with the Support services section can be booked for a fee for all licenses registered with the company.
Purchase licenses receive program updates (bug fixes) free of charge within the licensed program version. If updates are available, they can be downloaded via the software. If new versions of the software are released, these must be purchased again at the list price.
Support services (viflow Support Package)
- Free delivery (via download) of intermediate updates (bugfixing and possibly new functions) within the current program versions.
- Free technical support (an error has occurred, a function does not work as expected, the program cannot be installed, the program does not start) during ViCon support hours.
- Chargeable extended support (explanation of certain functions, answering of application questions) during the support hours of ViCon. This service does not replace training or consulting and should not exceed a processing time of 15 minutes per request. 2nd level support by phone or e-mail during ViCon's support hours.
